Overview

First aid cover in the workplace is a legal requirement.

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) introduced a new set of regulations which came into force on 1 October 2009.

Each day in this Country, several hundred people are injured or taken ill. You could easily find yourself at the scene whether at work or not. With the right training you could save a life.

This is your opportunity to gain the competence and confidence to make the best decision at the time.

As an HSE approved centre for first aid, we offer the full range of the Health and Safety at Work qualification courses in first aid.

OPT offer courses for all. For people who wish to attend a one-day awareness course in basic First Aid to the specialist child carer to those who wish to become formally qualified for the work place.

Longer term contracts for delivery can be negotiated.
