Conflict can occur in many walks of life, OPT provide a wide range of courses to suit clients in order to promote confidence, potentially reduce stress and promote personal safety.

Aimed at clients who operate in a variety of work places such as customer facing, telephone calls, children’s services, security services, universities, health services.
